GLOCK 17 Gen 3

New, unfired. Demo gun taken to gun shows only by commercial vendor.

Includes Trijicon GL01 night sights along with the original sights.

All in price delivered to my door: $999.38 This includes taxes, insurance and shipping.

Is this a good deal?

Are the Trijicon's a worthwhile accessory as I will plink at the range with this pistol and have an M3 light for when it sits in my gun safe.

Experienced GLOCKer's, I need your advice!

I bought a used copper G17 with Meprolites for $650 with one mag. 3 years ago. New G17's are $800, two mags $70 and Trijicons $150 I would say good deal not super but, go for it ! Great gun. My G17 has night sights, they are cool but will you ever use them?

You can get a factory refurbished G17 that (in my case) came with trijicons for $625 at Wolverine Supply, you just have to wait until he gets them in. The thing was nine decimal places of brand new. Seriously.

I am quite concerned that that's what some unscrupulous gentleman might be trying to sell you, at a $375 profit.

Does anyone know what the Trijicon GL01 sights installed are worth in Canada?

That would help me decide if I'll buy from this vendor.

I have them on one of my Glocks and I hate them :?

Too fat in the front...too distracting in general.

In general, I prefer the standard Glock sights to any night sights I've seen on them. They just work better for me (during the day that is). :)

Unless you really think you need the night sights right now...just find a standard G17, and save that money to buy 9mm ammunition with to practice. You can always have night sights installed later if you want - Jeff/1911.

Pass on the deal.....look at the exchange forum, at least 2 good g17 for sale.

New... i would contact Jo @ Police Ordnance, Gunner @ Armco, and Ken @ Wild West.

Also, get some Hienie sights and go practice!
