yes that is just a rger branded butler creek model...

once yu figure them out they are great to use... main thing is not to force them.

I found my loader liked the hot/steel lips, but didn't load the BX-1 mags for ####. I can do it faster by hand.

Looks similar, be careful though, the BC loader only seems to work on their mags like it tells you on the package. I wonder if this one from Ruger is only good for their mags.
