Is this Legal?

This includes Bump Fire stocks
The double barrel 1911 is prohib based on one trigger squeeze allowing more than 1 projectile.
No such legislation. Just because the Heroes say a 25 round 22lr rifle mag is prohib, doesn't mean there is a law against it. The law of the land and abusing the public are 2 different things.

Stockholm isn't just a river in Egypt.

The double 1911 is no more prohib than a double barrel shotgun. This trigger - which is cool as fkc and probably more effective than a true FA, will be banned before it even gets to the lab, due to it making children and liberals cry.

It does not discharge projectiles in rapid succession during one pressure of the trigger.

It doesn't have to to meet the prohibited device definition. From the criminal code:

Any electrical or mechanical device that is designed or adapted to operate the trigger mechanism of a semi-automatic firearm for the purpose of causing the firearm to discharge cartridges in rapid succession.

That definition is so wide open that almost anything can be deemed prohibited and stand up to scrutiny in court.

We have a whole lab department whose paid full time job is to ban stuff, you can bet they either already know about it or will have a project to study it, and determine what else can be banned based on its implication.

Unfortunately nothing this cool/fun would see the light of day in this country. The RCMP firearms lab techs wouldn't even have to physically evaluate one. They would piss their collective pants after the first fifteen seconds of that video.

The point is moot, seeing how you can only use an AR at a range. People hearing auto like gunfire would be all over you, each and every time you fired. Even the non-fudds, I would suspect.

:agree:

One of the reasons we got out of handguns and dropped our Canadian club family membership are the unappointed ROs or range nazis.
You almost need to be a Philadelphia lawyer to keep ahead of all the rules.

At the American club we are members of in New Hampshire we can shoot just about anything as long as we do it safely and show respect to other users of the range.
We have organized machine gun shoots for those with nfa-3 type firearms.

We shoot to relax.
Just as soon grab a nr rifle in 22LR and go out to the gravel pit behind our cottage.
The price of our dropped family club membership plus the revenue from selling 6 handguns buys a lot of 22LR ammo.
We will also save on our PAL renewals when we drop the restricted class.

Of course you mean leagaly, I'm sure the criminals won't have any problems sourcing these triggers.

Sooooo..... my right and left index fingers are prohibited then? Better include the middle fingers as well....

Once the Liberals hand the rcmp the double edged gun reclassification axe this fall we will have a hard enough time holding on to our Ruger mini XXs, Win 100s, Rem 7400s, and other semi autos.
If they don't do a complete gun grab on semi autos they'll be restricted (registered, range only, no hunting) within a year.

Burst fire trigger assemblies will be the least of our problems.

Yep. The ATF listed shoelaces as prohibited devices after seeing the infamous shoelace full auto trick. Nobody said our elected officials or bureaucrats are smart or practical...

Entirely legal, like Butler Creek 10/22 mags. But Those Who Cannot Be Criticised will call it prohib anyway.
It does not [FONT=&]discharge projectiles in rapid succession during one pressure of the trigger.[/FONT]

It does in fact fire 2 rounds per trigger press as you DO have to let the trigger out which is all part of ONE trigger press.
That being said it would be cool to have.
