Is this place still in Business??

I placed an order with this company on March 20th 2026.....paid in full by CC. I have written them 1 email that went unanswered and today I tried calling their 800 number and all I got was someone trying to sell me a medical alert device....dialed the number again and got a msg saying their 800 number has changed and it would cost $2.95 to get the new one.....All scams I guess.
So is there a way of calling this company or should I just dispute the CC Charges?

Check your spam folder and try texting or Whatsapp to reach them. There's a dedicated number for those.

Well I tried their 800 number again for the 5th time, and this time it went through, but after sitting on hold for several minutes it put my call thru to voice mail.....left a msg.......guess we will see what happens.

Seems legit, but maybe they're just slow-going? Some sources suggest mixed reviews with their customer communications.

The only place I've ordered and received in the same week. I've always had good service from them too. Hit hard by the Dec ban, hope they are doing well

Well Good News.....Tactical Imports is in Business and returned my phone call this afternoon.....explained the long shipping delay to my satisfaction.....so Kudos to them for doing that. Thanks for all the replies to this thread and to happy dealings with this vendor.
