Is this reloadable still?

Hi all, the ammo is new PMC 55 gr. and its my first time shooting .223.

I noticed that my retrieved brass's rim where the bullet sits are sorta warped and not perfect circles. Is this normal and can they still be reloaded?

It's good practice to use the old 'if in doubt throw it out' rule for reloading, and I applaud you for that.
However, in this case, there is nothing we can see wrong with those necks that your dies won't fix.

The outside will be fixed by the die, the inside by the expander. So long as the mouth doesn't split, which with once fired, it shouldn't. It'll be just fine. If the gun does that everytime, it might cut the number of total firings a bit, but that's a long term thing, more than a right now thing.

Whenever I see it , the brass has come flying out on extraction and bounces a couple of times on the concrete, pick it up and what do you know the neck had a dent. FS

If I recall a couple of years back, my FN/FAL's all did major alterations to the .308 necks, dies fixed it.

Certain semi-automatic rifles [and pistols, too] tend to be a bit rougher on brass than others. Some rifles distort the rim slightly on extraction, others cause the necks to end up well out of round. I have reloaded all such brass without any real issues, since, as others have so eloquently said, the FL die irons it all back out to normal again. The only brass I ever saw that was really damaged was some 308 fired in a Heckler & Koch 308 with a fluted chamber. This was reloadable, but only once or twice, as the brass had distinct longitudinal ridges in it when it was fired and ejected. Regards, Eagleye
