i jsut got a fab defense handgaurd for my cz 858 and want a red dot for it and this is $35 with shipping UBER cheap, but it said an export lciense is needed or it breaks US law ? i livein canada though ? i dont want them takiung the product after i pay for it.. and is it worth it ? thanks

Any red dot for $35 is going to be junk. Spend the money on a Vortex SPARC and be done with it.
Yep, any red dot for that price is going to be crap. The export license the vendor referred to is to get the sight out of the US.
If you can't afford a better red dot (and it doesn't have to be a Sparc (mind you I really like the two I have)), work on shooting over iron sights and save your pennies until you can get something better than a $35 piece of crap that'll just break after a few dozen rounds. Those really cheap red dots are made and sold for use on Airsoft guns which have no recoil to mention.

Welcome to the shooting community Lad. Take the advice others have given you and DONT buy a cheap $35 red dot for your CZ. It WILL NOT hold Zero and will frustrate you to death as you will not hit what you are pointing at. The dot will wander, and there is 100% chance it will break on you before you get it working right. Save your money and buy a quality one or go without. A bad scope is worse than no scope. A good thing to remember, it takes a wealthy person to buy cheap optics. This is very true.
