Is Webley revolver Mk 6 barrel and cylinder consider register item ?

Just wondering, my antique MK1 need a good Restoration. Barrel and cylinder isn’t good shape. Would I be able to buy MK6 barrel and cylinder just modify to work with MK 1 frame ? Thank you

Yeah.

Measure carefully, only cut away stuff you are sure you don't need.

I don't doubt there is a written Manual somewhere for the process, possibly Military, but more likely burned in a German Bombing raid on a rear lines Ordnance Depot, during WW2, and it's certainly going to have been written for someone who was well aware of what do, and how to do it, rather than being a iFixit kind of walkthrough.

Do you have access to a mk1**? You basically want to replicate the modifications there.

Some Webley mk2** photos, yellow arrows are pointing to changes to fit the mk6 barrel and cylinder to the mk2 frame.
The three guns in the same photos are from top to bottom, mk2, mk6, mk6 CO2 .177 pellet.
