ISO Casting Mentor

In search of a mentor in the Calgary area that wouldn't mind teaching me the finer points of bullet casting for a small compensation.. ie: money, bottle of your choice, case of beer. Wanting to make my own bullets for milsurps rifles.

I won't call myself a mentor, but I am willing to show you what I know. I have only been casting for a couple of years but I put a good bit of effort into it.

You are on the right path in finding a mentor for casting. I was fortunate to find an expert. Between him and some of his friends (now my friends too) I was able to cast at a level far beyond a newbie. One can read lots but watching guys melt lead and cast the right way saved me from a lot of mistakes. There is something to the casting fraternity that is neat.
