ISO Single and Double Action Pistols for Training

They have to be disabled by removing the firing pins. I am assuming this is true across Canada, certainly applies in ON. Do you mean semi-auto or revolvers as well? I acquired a cheap German copy of a 1873 Colt revolver in .22 and a P1 (post-war) version of a P38 double action pistol. Don't really need both SA and DA autoloaders, you can demonstrate both operations with DA. For DA revolver - another cheap German .22

Yes, sorry Silverfoxdj, I should have posted this as a WTB in the EE, wasn't thinking. I may as well put a WTB there too, can't hurt.

Luckily they have changed the rules as Bushwhacker indicated and simply removing the firing pins is now the minimum, but acceptable. Saves on paying to have them milled out and then they can still be made operational if/when they are no longer required for training.

I'm good for revolvers, just needing the semi's. I put a shout out to MD Charlton but haven't heard anything.

So if you have something that would work, let me know, Thanks all!!

Hopefully I can find something soon as the queue for the RPAL course is getting long. Many of the instructors in our area are getting ready for summer holidays and aren't putting on as many course as they normally would.
