Appears to be a lion,

then 3 digit serial number with a C below.

Above that is star of david and not sure what next to that is.

Not sure what all this means or which factory, who made it.

The "A over 63" is actually an eagle over 63 and is a German inspection/acceptance mark for Brunn I or dot. The 7.62 is stamped over dot with the 1945 below. The lion on the receiver is a post war Czech proof. Same factory, using left over wartime parts to assemble post war K98k's for sale. Israel purchased a large number of these and then reworked them to 7.62 at some point. The barrel will have a date on it to narrow down the time of the conversion. The other marks are Israeli proofs, the Star of David and the y in circle, I'm not sure of it's exact meaning.

The 'Y in a circle' is the first letter of 'Israeli Defence Forces' (in Hebrew)

So figured that out.

The "mod 98" on the left side rail is for model 98 mauser. Like JB said the stars and circles are Israeli. The 753C is the serial number 753 and the C is the letter clock. German production in occupied Czechoslovakia and elsewhere was done in letter blocks of ten thousand rifles as in starting at serial 0001a thru 9999a and then beginning again at 0001b thru 9999b and on through the alphabet to Z the beginning again at 0001aa and so on.
When the war ended the factories in Czechoslovakia kept nright on making mausers and selling to other countries. They used a lot of German marked parts to clean up old inventory.
