Israeli Mauser was refurbished by Israeli arsenal. G24 type.

Always thought it ironic that an instrument that enabled the establishment of Jewish state was produced in Nazi Germany. The Israelis were studious in peening or punching out the dirty birds though.

Not only were they using Nazi weapons, but they were supplied by the Russkies to piss in the west's cheerios lol. Any port in a storm eh! And Messerschmitt 109s vs Egyptian spitfires too.

Thats a really nice rifle Cornelunc. Never saw one all refurbed/reblued and pretty like that

Well most were produced in occupied CZ.
Yep. Lots of Mg 34s went over as part of Operation Balak too. 5000 ish

Cornelius. Very nice K98 Mauser indeed.
Resoectfully, there are internet rumors these specific 7.62 rifles have feeding issues.
Could u please confirm or refute this allegation?
Thank you for the wonderful photos.

The three or so I've had were touchy. have to load the mag just so or the bolt would skip over a round and you'd have an empty chamber. Not the case with the several 7.92mm Mausers I've had. Started a thread about it here and lots of people had reported theirs were just fine.

Guess I just had terrible luck with them

I've seen two different patterns of spacers in the magazines. Maybe on was a later pattern to address problems.

Could be. Would be interesting to know which one was later.

Could be I just really suck at loading them too but "my mausers dont always pick up a round" is really not an issue with the others I've had in their original chamberings haha
