Does any one know where can I get parts in Canada for ISSC M22? I'm trying to find a dealer but it seems that no one caries parts for it.

I would look at sources in Europe or states. But honestly don't bother. Sell the jammer and get something a bit better

What kind of parts are you looking for? I've sourced replacement hammer springs out of US.
