Hello CGNers,

We have just received another parts shipment from the manufacturer and will be continuing warranty work.

Contrary to what the word that has been circulating, North Sylva Co offers a one year limited warranty on all products we distribute.
This however does not include sights, grips or finish unless it’s a special circumstance authorized by Jeff Chow

Please provide a detailed description of the problem(s) you are experiencing along with your proof of purchase and the serial number of your rifle.

I had a problem with a crushed barrel, both North Sylva (Jeff) and ISSC were fantastic to deal with and had a new barrel shipped in days. Thanks guys
 
Does this resolve the issues that people are seeing? I really wanted to pick one up but I don't want to be stuck with a lemon.
 
What problems have people been having with this rifle? I havn't been able to find a thread detailing these issues, can someone bring me up to speed? Was more than ready to pick one of these up for $699 but not so sure anymore...
 
The only problems I have had with mine its it chews up ammo :) in a good way
other than than I have had the odd jam where the empty shell didn't eject properly but I blame the ammo so far 1500 rounds thru it and still happy
been using 555 bulk ammo.
 
I've heard a lot of problems with certain ammo, and the gun jamming, screws coming out, etc.

Stuff I wouldn't expect for $700. If they end up being great and reliable I am in line for one.
