Lots of posts about this rifle with a huge variety of results. So in order to determine if there are any QA or manufacturing trends, I'm going to try to capture some data. For interested ISSC MK22 owners, please post the following info:

Serial Number (x out the last digits...ie A3999XX)
Place of purchase (Retailer Name or Private Sale)
Date of purchase
New or used
Modifications
Approximate rounds shot at time of posting
Brief description of performance
Any other info of note

If I see any trends, I may contact you for more specific serial info. This info will be held in confidence should you choose to provide. Updates to follow as I collect the data...analysis should and will be a group effort. These are our rifles so we should have an interest in determining just what it is we have.

TO AVOID THREAD CLUTTER, PLEASE ONLY POST YOUR RIFLE DATA. Discussions/questions to continue in the other threads.

Wolverine Supplies
October 2011
New
Optics over fitted BUIS, swapped screw/bolts with HK push pins
Approx 500 rounds
Initially light primer strikes but firing, occasional FTE during rapid fire, generally very good performance.
Prefers hotter ammo such as Stingers but will shoot others without issue.

A420###

ran excellently right out of the box

Manufacture date Sept. 2011

never had an issue with light strikes due to firing pin spring, but I have done some mods to strengthen the receiver to hold the action securely in place. [details in another ISSC thread]
Replaced factory bolts #108 with longer stainless bolts.
Over 3500 rnds and still runs great and no jams or miss fires in a long time.
Federal Champion ammo.

Burris Fastfire 2 optic on a 1" riser

[note: manufacture or packaging date was printed on the inside of the cardboard box]

Serial: A420###
Bought From: SFRC
Date Bought: 02 Nov 2011
Condition: New
Approximate Rounds Shot: ~2500

Mods (performance-related):
- Filed firing pin
- Cut firing pin return spring
- Shimmed breech block forward

Mods (cosmetic):
- Red dot optics
- Vertical grip
- Filled stock with batting

Performance:
- LOTS of problems with light primer strikes at first (light strike every 3-5 rounds)
- After a lot of work on the firing pin, firing pin spring and shimming the breech block forward, it's working great; over 1200 rounds post-mods with almost no problems.
- After modifications, works fine even with cheap ammo (e.g. Winchester 555)

Serial #A420###

Bought new from Williams' Arms in Port Perry, Ontario in Sept/11.

Current round count approximately 2900-3000 rounds.

No mods other than locktiting most screws when new, especially those attaching the pic rails (loose right out of the box), and insertion of padding into hollow buttstock. Various scopes and red-dots have been used.

Very few (perhaps 3 or 4) FTE's within first 500 rounds, all with standard-velocity ammo. Several FTF's, probably ammo-related (same ammo had problems with other firearms). Now runs 100% with most types of ammo, even subsonics. Never any light primer strikes that I am aware of. Aside from occasional boresnake pulls, the gun has only been thoroughly cleaned twice.

I got mine a week ago....

Serial: A4235**
Bought from: Target Sports (ON)
Condition: New
Round count: 150rds

Mods:
I changed the 2 bolts in the back of the receiver, for a longer ones, and used the thread locker to keep them in place. Hopefully it will solve the light striker problem.
Still debating on the optics..

Performance..
Very bad out of the box, probably 25% of the shots had light primer strikes, the other 15% jammed. but my biggest concern is that the stock broke right at the hinge lock, where it usually brakes... :( i will contact the target sports and see what they say..

I'll be going shooting next weekend, so i'll let you know if there is any progress..

Modifications: HK push pins, changed the 2 bolts in the back of the receiver for a longer ones, and used the thread locker to keep them in place. I also inserted a flat washer between the back of the receiver and where the screw mounts - pushing the receiver slightly forward.

550rnds

Very good performance, only 2 FTF. Most 'issues' I had were due to the magazines not feeding rounds properly
