I think I might be a complete dumbass, but your help is appreciated. I can only feed one shell (either 2 3/4 or 3") into the magazine tube. It locks fine, it feeds fine, and it will cycle into the chamber fine. Problem? It will not allow another shell into the mag tube. As in: the rim of the casing looks to be too big to allow another shell in behind.

I have Brownings. Remington's. Winchesters and you literally just keep pushing in shells until you hit capacity.

Tell me what I'm doing wrong here :)

I believe all Fabarm-pumps (actually several shotgun makers) ship with a plug installed. You need to remove it.

No plug. I can also feed in three 12ga snap caps but more than one live cartridge? (Tried Kent and Winchestwr), no luck. Must be a clearance issue, has to be a defect.

Wow, first I've heard from the brand.
I guess if they test fired it by loading single shells through the ejection port then the factory wouldn't have caught it??

Get the spring out and look inside the tube. I don't have my shotgun in front of me but I think you need a tool to get the spring out.

This guy has a Martial too, unsure why his spring comes out so easily...
and his doesn't:

One has the mag spring retainer in the mag tube and the other doesn't, maybe he took it out for some reason? My sdass has a spring clip like retainer holding in the spring, the right pliers would likely remove it, I have yet to need to remove it. The follower is the same quality as the rest of the gun and the plug I mad fits through the hole of the retainer.

Mine didn't have a plug when I got mine, BNIB.

By plug I mean a plug to limit my mag tube to 2+1 for hunting birds, I made mine from a cut down piece of fibreglass tent pole and a washer screwed into the cut end of the pole. The pole slides through the mags spring retainer and the washer sits between the retainer and the mag tube end cap, takes 2seconds to install or remove.

Picked it up at a local (gun range) dealer over the weekend. I'm going to be taking it in within the next 2 days to discuss and see what the options are. Will report back.

Target Sports is retailer I picked firearm up from. Took it back today and we collectively confirmed it was a QC/manufacturing defect preventing insertion of >1 live round in magazine. They exchanged my firearm, provided an avenue and ammo for test fire of new one, and sent me on my merry way.

Outstanding customer service.
