Issue with Faxon .308 pencil + Brownells BCG

Anyone else have an issue running surplus in the Faxon .308 barrel? Chamber is so tight that ejecting a live round is almost impossible without "mortaring"...
 
Zero issues with mine using various rounds I've got kicking around.

Have you run any unfired rounds through a case gauge or a go no go gauge in barrel/bolt combo?
 
I dont know if its relevant but I tried some chinese copper x51 in my remington 700 5R and while it was not as tight as you are experiencing, it did take an unusual amount of effort to open the bolt. Had to smack the bolt a few times to open after each round. No issues with commercial ammo so now I stick with that.
 
Similar problem. Passed .308 go/no-go gauges, but chamber is sticky with Czech, Portuguese and Hirtenberger surplus. I will try commercial .308 and perhaps try a different bolt... it will be kinda disappointing if my barrel wont run surplus :(
