I have a takedown, Stainless BLR in 358 Win. I have had some issues with the bolt picking up two rounds from the magazine. It certainly seems that the feed lips are "too open" in the couple of magazines that I have as it takes very little pressure to pop a cartridge up out of the magazine. Has anyone had issues with this and if so, do bending the feed lips in a bit correct the problem. Thanks.

Most folks would put some careful pressure on the feed lips to bend them in, and then try and see how rounds cycle.

Takedown stainless 358 BLR's are not easy to find. Congrats. Is it a straight grip or pistol (PG).

Take a good long hard look at them lipzs before you get bend crazy.
Maybe the magazine was dropped at some point in it's life?
If so, find the anomaly and fix it there.

The cartridge follower spring?
Could it have been installed incorrectly?
