Because the concept of a [ STRIKETHROUGH] single shot[/STRIKETROUGH ] pump-action, cycling .223 rounds, out of an AR mag, using fixed rifle stock / fixed LOP / standard grip design / what looks like a considerable comb drop (think a-la MR-1), no rails whatsoever for accessories (say a light for intervention support and not just look cool - it is a "police" model after all
If you can convince me that the combination of the above elements is what a tactical carbine should be, I'd appreciate it because I sure as hell can't figure it out!
Again - it's one more rifle purchased in the hands of another Canadian, Law-Abiding Citizen that just pissed off another Lib, Dipper and all that lies in between
