It took 10 years and it finally happened.... ITAR Export Reform...

This sounds like great news.
I was looking at a 3rd party muzzle device but if that system is going to be retooled with these policy shifts I’ll hold off a bit until some of the more glaring questions are answered.

PM us the optic and UPC code, we will let you know. Most optics are good to go now that things are moving to Commerce. If you place the order which seems to be the case and it's not compliant we will let you know.

How to know of a optic is a go or no go ?

Sorry.. just to clarify
It was mags over 30 rounds that could no longer be brought in but now we are back up to 50 round mags?

Thanks

We have not received clarification if things will go back to where foreign end users can purchase directly out of the US or if the transactions still have to be mitigated through IRUNGUNS or a similar entity.

We have asked the question but have yet to receive an answer in writing.

When can we hear back about confirmation on this one though?
Personally, I consider this a hurdle on 3rd party imports.

Way back in the day I wanted to buy an ACOG off IRUNGUNS. It is the 4X32 USMC RCO. It basically is like all the other ones but this one in particular was not allowed for export (it has a great reticle by the way).
Just curious if this version will be available for public sale.

It is. You are referring to 4x32 with chevron reticles... TA31RCO-A4CP & TA31RCO-M4CP
