What about a lightened hammer & mainspring for a Ruger No.1 from a private USA individual to a private Canadian individual ? (No longer commercially available).

Cuslog if you have read thus thread there is a path for you to get the information you need. Do you really think your friends friend in the US is going to rely on me saying it is ok. Really? The parts can be mailed up here. Just ensure they are correctly marked as firearm parts and what they are.
