Hi I recently came into several firearms, 2 of which are both Ithaca 37 Featherlights 12ga, 2-3/4". One hasa poly choke affixed. I would say they are both in very good condition. No rust, metal is in excellent condition other than finish wear on the slide rail/tube, common small marks in the wood from use/age.
What are these worth roughly....

I'd say $300 would be tops for either going by the pic you posted op.

No vent rib on either, probably fixed full choke for the one on the left & what could be a cut/shortened butt stock on the one on the right with a pad added?

Very nice shotguns, but neither command much in the way of $$$.

With the older Ithaca shotguns, I look for things like no rust/pitting, good bluing, light use as well as vent rib, factory choke (other than full) and nicer wood with no mods to the gun.

Cheers
Jay
P.S. Here is the nicest one I have come across. 1975 Vintage Vent Rib, fixed factory Mod Choke 27&3/4" barrel, nicer wood. It's in the $300-350 range IMHO. (Not many want a 2&3/4 only chamber with a fixed choke... But it's a nice shotgun and with the mod choke, a better upland gunning shotgun than the fixed full which is so common.)

I agree, about $300. I have several of them and I think they are one of the most undervalued shotguns. I like them a lot better that some others that go for a lot more money.
