Ithaca 37 Project 1/2 (Pic Heavy)

Mine clover leafs Brennekes at 50 yards off the bench.

I took a wild boar with mine at about seventy yards with the exact same slug. Whistled thru it like frieght train. Never recovered the slug because the backdrop was a seven foot snowbank. Critter expired in mere seconds and was immediately rolled on impact.
I do believe my drop was about 5-6 inches or thereabouts.

I always wanted to pin two of those side-by-side ,build a single stock to fit both guns, clamp the barrels together and have the "ultimate door knocker"....

Like this Remington 870 (left and right hand).

I have some DGS slugs I want to load for it. Would make an interesting deer gun where I have hunted.

I have one with a 19” barrel, throws Lee 1oz slug great! Makes for a very nice bush gun.
I have some DGS slugs.... bought them years ago...never reloaded with them. My after thought was if I got the slugs working really great, then I’d be stuck buying slug for a company, instead of casing my own and never running out. So I bought the Lee 7/8 and 1oz molds....tried both and liked the 1oz better. Good weight and fly straight( in my old girl, that is)
Cheers
Brian
