Probably a long shot, but perhaps you could find a used stock, and cut it down to fit your wife. As to scope I would vote for a fixed 4x in a nice used Diavari or equivalent.
I've seen a couple LSA/Tikka 65 stocks over the last few years, but they are definitely a "get lucky" thing to find. I've been curious about the McMillan stocks as well --- would love to see one on an actual rifle.
Congrats, OP, on a very fine looking rifle. I've mentioned this before, but I have a early 80's vintage Tikka M65 Deluxe 30-06 with the rounded rosewood nosecap. I was fortunate and received the Tikka factory QD rings along with the rifle. Have you started looking around for rings and what have you found for options? If you go with Tikka rings, be aware that they suffer the same problem as older Sako rings re: very soft ring cap screw heads. The screws are an odd size, m3.5 (0.6 pitch), but there is a fellow on Ebay who sells replacement Sako Optilock screws with hardened allen heads, and these will work with the Tikka rings, too.
