Mag tube is loaded, lever is closed. When the action is open the round does not fully go to the rear. When action is closed the carrier moves upward with the back half of the round. (pics should be reversed)
Unsure if this would be mag spring or carrier issue. This does happen with the mag tube full and with every round.
