Its about time!

I'll be in touch Pat.I want to give you a chance to embarrass yourself aswell.ha ha.
Lotsa dogs but I've educated quite a number of em around my place.I just got some more land(quite a bit) to hunt just north of me,so get ready!

The two I've taken this year with the 264 had exit wounds around the size of a tangerine.I was using 100 grain PSP's.I did take one last year with a 95grain V-max (264) no hide damage at all, BUT ,that one travelled lengthwise down his body and never exited. Not sure what a varmint bullet(v-max or similar) would do to the hide on a broadside shot but I would expect more damage than the PSP's.
Maybe I'll try some 129 or 140 grain and see what they are like on hides.

Interesting about the 95 Vmax not exiting :D I got some loaded up in my 260 Remington that exit the muzzle @ 3325 fps. Havent used them on yotes yet.

Yeah,I'm sure it was because he was coming right at me and not broadside. The bullet took him just at the base of the jaw (kinda under his ear) and travelled lengthwise on down. When I removed the hide you could see alot of tissue damage (inside) between his shoulder blades,so I'm almost sure that a broadside shot would have been pretty messy.

This one dropped like a used condom to a 264.Recognize the rifle?
