It's all over, I have made my decision. My next pistol:

Well, after months of searching, I have made my decision, my next pistol will be a Kimber Eclipse Custom II Pistol in .45 ACP from S.I.R. for $1331.99

I was very interested in the STI 1911 but I was hellbent on getting it in stainless and the STI stainless option was way over my budget. I feel confident that the Kimber will not let me down.

Do any of you have this pistol? How do you like it? What have to done to it? Left it stock or modified it?

I've handled one recently...looked nice but I prefer stainess.. btw I heard the finish isn't very durable

What have to done to it? Left it stock or modified it?

I don't know what you what want to chane on a $1300+ gun
