The Perfect Backpacker

The Trailhand 12GA single-shot was specifically designed for the Canadian market to feature a lightweight and compact design in a NON-RESTRICTED package. No sales to USA. The first shipment sold out within days, these aren't expected to last long either.

Weighing in at just 4.2lbs and only 22.5” in overall length, this shotgun is small enough to be carried in a pack, ATV Box, vehicle or anywhere space is limited. The barrel quickly and conveniently folds down against the action for stowage in bug-out bag or survival kit, with longest portion only 17" in length. The light weight and compact dimensions also makes the Trailhand a great compliment for smaller statured and beginner shooters when combined with 1.75” mini shells.

Unlike pistol grip only or mare’s leg stocks, the Trailhand stock is long enough to be shouldered. The barrel is rated for steel shot and is 9.8” in length, and includes interchangeable chokes and a chamber sized for 3” magnum.

The Trailhand features an external hammer and a beautiful walnut stock, well adorned with decorative checkering for a sturdy grip with gloves or in wet conditions. Optionally available with a stock shell carrier and a mini softcase, designed for when barrel is folded, for the most compact option.

Priced at just $229. Comes with manual and cylinder, modified and full chokes. Like all firearms imported by Tactical Imports, the Trailhand is backed with a full LIFETIME WARRANTY.

Trailhand Review by Canadian Caliber

I use a variety of adapters in my 18" barrel 12ga cooey.
I like the 410 best and the patterns are fine for what I use 410 for.
I have an 8" 9mm adapter that wud be fun in this thing.

Looks like a 12" barrel would still fit nicely in that little case and both get the fireball a bit further away from the front hand and allow for some hunting use if needed in BC.... :)

I disagree. for my puposes anyway, an extractor is preferred.
I wud never shoot 12ga in this thing, except mini's maybe.
I might try shooting at least 1 or 2 12 gauge buckshot through it😁
Mostly it will be for 410 gauge. Wish they made a 410 one🫤

My avatar photo is my modded cooey.
It's 18.5" cut and threaded for Rem Chokes.

I shot buck through it once, just once.

I mostly shoot 9mm and 410 thru it now.
Occasionally mini shells and also 22LR, 22WMR, and 20ga.

Would be perfect if it has provision to attach optics, top pic rail option or even in vent rib would work. The comb height is bit high and recoil slams onto face due to short square stance. 12 inch barrel would also pack nicely too when folded plus much safer to shoot.
Also bring in sub cal adapters as purchase option.
