the boys are coming over for either Lope burgers or Elk burgers tomorrow for dinner, they love eating wild meat. Buying my own grinder was a very good investment. FS

it's time for another beef tongue in the slow cooker. Gotta do a golden brown stuffed roasted chicken pretty soon. Had enough venison for a little while.

Only got one mule deer so far. Still a few days left of mule and WT, though!

Taking Friday off and going to give it my best shot on the weekend, but I'll be having some tags in my soup as well; black bear, WT, moose.

I filled 50% of my tags, Calf Moose and Whitetail Buck on the menu this winter.

Filled all my tags. Two whitetail deer and and a nice Black Bear in the freezer.

tomorrow night it's gonna be 50/50 venison/reg ground pork hamburger patties done on our new T'fal 1 spoon of oil cooker! This thing is awesome, browns up French fries and hash browns and chicken parts, we've done rib-eye steak and onions and mushrooms, as well, so far! I don't need to run to the porcelain throne as quick as I used to after eating! I'm a happy dude for that factor alone!
