IVI brass is military grade and crimped. It decappes easily but you either have deburred it by hand or swaged it to removed it, to be able to pimer it again. A carbide deburring bit works well in a hand drill unless you want to order the small swagging tool press from Dillon. There commercial 1050 model has that operation bulit into it, but it's a very pricey reloader that most won't spend the money on.
