I like mine. All-metal SAO 9mm guns are very expensive and hard to find. The ergonomics are the best of all my handguns. Mine is IMI so its likely pre 2005 and has a mushyer trigger than I prefer. Its as accurate as my Walther: I shoot steel poppers at 85 yards which is pretty good. I also shoot steel at 185 yards and hit 1 out of 10 off hand.

Its a crap shoot…You never know what you might get.

Its a fantastic firearm. You will not be disappointed. Mine started off as stainless but I had a cerakote job done on it. Its a sweet shooter. You can feed it anything. If you get one just make sure to give it a real good cleaning. Mine had a lot of sand in it. I changed the sight to the Meprolight ones.

I like the Beretta 92S, same price but you can get magazines cheaper. Just buy the Magpul magazines for the 92FS and cut a hole in the bottom area - utube.

Like a Glock...I see that as a benefit. If the gun runs dry, eject the empty mag, seat another and keep going?
 
Frame safety on both of mine Jericho 941f from the SFRC. I am pretty sure the surplus IMI SA version is frame safety.

Also, unlike featured on the web ad picture. There is NO ‘star’ stamp on the ones I received, the pistols r dirty, but overall condition is grade A in my opinion after the cleaning job !

If there is no star stamp I will be disappointed. That is part of the reason I ordered it.
