IWI Tavor owners...Yay or Nay???

Really considering breaking the bank and buying a Tavor (NR)
Heard a lot of postive and some negative
Has anyone had any problems/issues with them???
Im seeing on youtube some issues with Pmags (true???)
Some owner feedback would be appreciated

Yay! Seen one in the LGS and went to check it out, next thing I knew I was a Tavor owner, could not let it go

Not an owner yet but after having the chance to play with one I am selling a few of my herd to get one.

I have had two Tavor rifles.

First was topped with the Mepro21, I liked it but didn't like how the reticle washed out when you were under cover shooting into the bright...

Second one has the full length rail & topped it with a Bushnell Elite 6500 1.25-8x32 & love it.

Neither gun EVER gave me any troubles, I would buy my Tavor again in a heartbeat!

P.S. I can't comment on Pmags, I run with the LAR15 mags...

I have been contemplating one for some time.
I decided I needed a tacticool rifle that was NR as I am mainly a AR15 guy.
Upon handling it at the store I fell in love with it and bought it.
It has great ergos for me and is well balanced.
Its in military service and a proven battle rifle. I think it's cool to own.
Also I have nothing made in Isreal... Now I do.
You can also run 10 round LAR pistol mags. HUGE PLUS!!!!
I will do a range report when I get it out.

PMAG issue is with G2 (the way they are cut in the back)
The new 3's have the problem fixed.

Very much "yay" - the only "nay" is the price. Definitely my go-to gun (and I have a lot of cool guns, so that's saying something!!)

Screaming yes from me. Running LAR and gen 3 pmags without any issues what so ever.
Gun runs flawlessly.

I bought one for a while, I tried to convinced myself to used to bullpup but just simply can't so I sold it, bought myself a VZ 58, never regret since. Tavor is great and awesome rifle by the way but just my cup of tea.

It's gonna come at such a sacrfice (gotta sell the ar-15 AND still owe VISA an arm and leg...ah well...still got the Vector and 1911)

That's a HELL YEAA buy one, no problems wit anything on it second gen, and I use LAR15 mags no problems ever

Make sure you try one first, I handled one recently and thought it was too heavy and had a pencil barrel too
