Also, does the NR version have pinned and welded muzzle device?

Unfortunately, different states have different compliance regulations which forces the Manufacturer to have multiple sku's for the same rifle.

It seems no one wants a pin and welded break, that said we will reach out to you should there be a problem but if you put in the notes at check out you want a NR version and no pin and welded break we will ensure it does not have a pin and welded break even if you purchase the wrong sku.

Well they are banning all high capacity mags, and most likely all semis. With a new committee that can indiscriminately ban anything they want. The fun and games are over in my opinion. Get em while you can
