Read it again, Carefully. IT does not ban any existing firearms, it restricts new firearms from entering, IIRC, New semi autos will not be entering Canada, if they're already in the system (FRT created and passed) they will be fine, the X95 has had an FRT for over 5 years now.

If you buy it now, you ensure you have access to what you have going forward until it is taken away.

If you sit on your hands and don't buy, you may not be able to later and have denied yourself access by not purchasing it now
