Not sure why, the non-restricted is already shorter than most 13" ARs.

If you held one you would understand. The Tar-21 vs the CTAR is a matter of 3.5" difference, but it feels like there is a much greater difference, so 5.5" on the x95 would feel hugely different.

I am going to go with "ever" because Jon did not csound like he wanted to sit on them and end up selling them heavily discounted years later like NS did with the CTARs. I think the best plan of attack will be to order an SBR kit for your NR x95 in Q4 of this year from IWI US through IRG.
She's also shooting the full-auto one. No underhanded meaning should be taken from that video to imply that either the SBR or fully-automatic models will be available for sale here immediately. NS confirmed they won't be bringing in the Restricted X95's for the time being.
