Made the mistake of dropping into the LGS today. I was told there were 4 new Tulas that just arrived. Second rifle pulled out of the box was a 1954 Izhevsk hardwood stock, un-issued. Compared to the Tulas, the Izhevsk bluing seemed to be of a higher quality. I know that Izhevsk is the rarer SKS, but is there a difference in quality between the two? Thanks in advance for any info...c1a1
