Finally!

I just got a call from Danielle at Wolverine. JAE is officially underway with factory production and they should be heading to Wolverine by the end of July and I should be getting it by the end of August.

Just finalized my options and am really looking forward to seeing the endless wait come to a finish.

I clicked here with pretty high expectations, but I am disapointed now!
You sir are a Saint, I have been monitoring your process and divine patience. Can't wait to see the final result

Could you shed some light on these stocks for those of us not in the know? I have looked at them but the lack of details and availability made me shy away.

What is this 'Cage-n-Collect' system? It doesnt come with a mag but what mag can you put in and do you need anything else to convert a floor plate to mag on a r700?

Whats pricing looking like?

You can see the bottom metal in this picture:

It is integral to the stock and uses AI mags. This saves some money (not that the stock is cheap to begin with) as you don't have to buy an aftermarket bottom metal and pay to have it installed like you would with a McMillan.

Also strengthens the whole thing as you don't have to have it seperate from the stock and action.

Little bit on the bedding:
2 Action Screws tightened to 65 inch pounds, hold down the receiver into the 7075 Cage which is interlocked into the machined chassis. Action can be removed repeatedly without affecting zero. The action screws are captured so they don’t fall out when the action is removed

In the $16-1800 range I would guess. A loaded up McMillan would hit a $1000 roughly, plus fitted DMB kit in the $600 range......comparible numbers

.

They price pretty much in line with the AICS stocks depending on options.

From around 950 up to 1400 or so. (plus tax of course)

I'm going all out on mine with pretty much all the options and I haven't gotten a final quote yet but I'm guessing the total will be around 1500 or so. I paid a 20% deposit though years ago.
