Should be able to find the buttplate at Homestead, or other places, they are one of the Favorite parts that are readily available. http://homesteadparts.com/shopcart/Stevens.htm US site but they definitely ship to Canada I buy plenty there... Numrich should also have one, even Brownells might.
Stevens screws are often NOT standard thread, nor are screw sets available that I've ever seen. Usually they are bent/worn in the Favorites and may need to be enlarged anyway; take it a size bigger and have some made from drill rod or a better quality known steel that will keep things tight longer. Might not be an issue on a .25 since they wouldn't have been fired as much and no chance someone ran modern HV .22 ammo in it (bends/stresses the pins).

Every used gun parts dealer that ever went to a gun show has had a pile of Stevens Favorite parts.
But yeah, the breech block screw and the Lever screw carry he whole load when the Favorite is fired, and the screws are worth paying very close attention to.
