New to me old relic of a shotgun.
Serial #8207 and the numbers all match.
I hope to wander into the looky range and shoot some rounds with
old beast.
I pense Lead Sled and string around the triggers.....:pirate:
Anyone have any idea about the age and history of this
hurted old gal?
Round about figure for value would be appreciated too.
Not worth much, but you never know what the fireplace mantel
would offer up?
Here's some photos........

Age is probably around 1910- 1915 give or take. Value around $100.00 in present condition. I just sold one in 12 gauge in much better condition that I had a hard time getting $250.00 for.

WOOHOO!! Older hammer double, early 1900's for sure!
Not worth a bunch , but priceless when it knocks down a pheasant!!:>)
The hammers are typical of the "Chicopee falls style" when it comes to hammer configuration - very tight curvature.
neat old shotgun......
