Jacketed .303 bullets

All the major manufacturers put .311" and .312" bullets on "temporary" suspension of production so they could concentrate on more popular stuff. All that was in the market dried up quick after production stopped. Hornady has started up with .312" again and other manufacturers probably have as well with their .311" or .312".

Hornady makes a 174gr round nose flat base .312" bullet. It's a regular production item but it might not be back in stock anywhere for a little while yet. They are the only 174gr flat base .312" I know of. There are several .311" 174gr boat tail bullets but they don't work well in some barrels. Most manufacturers make .311" bullets for the 303/7.7mm cartridges but it's been that way for many years.

They've been gone for a little while, and will probably sell out quick once they are back on shelves again because so many people have run out, but they aren't gone "for good".

They can get you 303 bullets, but it might be a bit of a wait. I would have ordered some, but its a bill-now-receive-whenever-stock-arrives scenario, and I dont have a credit card anyways.
