The rings and scope came from Jackiesix at 1337 tactical. The scope is a leupold clone but I am pleasantly supprised holds a zero very well. When testing the rifle we worked the knobs up and down all ranges from 100-500 meters engaging targets as small as clay pigeons and gongs. Although I would not recomend this setup for a serious shooter it is what was wanted and is quite adaquate for the range and gentle hunting. I would not recomend it if it is something you intend to use and put through the paces of a match. The best thing of this setup is you can set up scope and rings for under $200 and Jackie warranties all his goods. Very good dealer with quick shipping and good ethics.

Hello all Got rifle #2 together and this one is my personal piece of hardware. In the mail today I recieved the Falcon Menace Counter Sniper Scope 10X42 with the MP-20 retical (nice retical )from CyberK on this site. I will be giving it a good run and doing up a little write up on my opinion of it. My initial impression of it was OHHH NO
.....the box is simular to those alot of the Chinese clone stuff comes in.......well upon opening it I was pleasantly supprised to find a scope that seems solid as a rock. Has outstanding turret design and nice crisp audible clicks in 1/4" MOA. And glass seems to be very clear. Scope caps fit tight and seal up very well and it comes with a bonus sun shade. It did not come with any manual but I am assuming the Hash marks are calibrated in Milliradian should figure that out on the range prety quick.....but as I say I will give it an honest run and I think the hammering from an M-14 rifle is a great test bed.
As far as the rifle goes it is another JAE....love that stock
. TRW bolt, Smith Guide Rod and springs, Smith Vortex flash Hider Smith 7 scope mount. And of course Smith Navy sight, all resting on my Favorite Versa Pod.

With the New price drop they are that much more of a deal, buy a couple.
It was good to meet ya out there Holleyman, your going to have to join Myself and Alpine for a long range shoot with these rigs out at our spot down south in the bush some time.
Apparently I just inherited a JAE 100 Stock, in Black. Not exactly my cup of tea ... ever since I had my eyes Lazered, llong range target shooting just isn't for me any more.
I put all my M-14 rifles into the chop saw and make them into shorties, preferably with folding stocks.
So anybody got something useful to trade for a near new JAE 100 stock?

Unless you are spending the $$$$ and building a Precision/sniper/DMR M14, these types of stocks are pointless. They are expensive and heavy with, little gain unless doing a complete build.
The $$$$$$ spent on one of these stocks would be better spent initially on a better barrel/bolt/trigger, etc............

Any chance you could send me a picture of the condition of this stock? Is it used or new? I have a Norinco M14 with polytech barrel, will this stock fit?
