James Gooding, Ave atque vale (hail and farewell)

[Road King]

I am not sure that this has not be already posted on CGN but thought that I would post it here. Jim will be missed by all that knew him and read his books on antique firearms.

[JP]

I heard about it at the Montreal Gunshow on the 14th of January, another one of the Old Breed of Arms Collectors that helped a young collector like me when I first started to go to the Montreal Gunshows years ago. Unfortunately, I am now getting to be one of the Old Breed myself with the passing of dedicated scholars like Mr Gooding.

[Southlander]

Sorry to hear of his passing RK.
