Tell ya what, you come out with your scoped James River 1903, I'll shoot some old milsurp (1917, Garand, K31, M98, one of them) with irons.... 100 yards benched, 5 rounds and the smallest group gets to take home the other guys rifle....

Sounds interesting, but you're putting up a seven or eight hundred (maybe a bit more) dollar against a two thousand dollar rifle. OTOH, if we're talking about cast bullets, we could make a date for the spring.

Also giving up to a scope that is suppose to make shooting better....fair trade lol

My only outing with my 1903A4 i zeroed the 2.5X scope bulleye at 100 yards and i shoot 60 rounds of Corelockts 220 gr...
This setup was shooting around MOA easily, tru the whole 60 rounds, this little scope kept it's zero, might not be top shelf optic but it's pretty good in it's intended purpose... JP.

I can do sub MOA out to 400 yards with my scoped K98, so if the JRA 1903A4 can do at least MOA I'll be more than happy with it.
