I just want to thank all the guys who made it out today for the m14 support group, I had a lotta fun tinkerin and hangin out with all you guys. Thanx also for the food and stuffs that were brought. I look forward to hosting this event again next month. My wife is all good with this by the way, she heard us all havin our fun, and despite 7 or 8 strangers with guns in the living room, she asked me.... so honey, same weekend next month :D

thanx for havin me over! it was a lot of fun hanging out & learning about the finer point of these magnificent rifles,just say when next time & ill be there

We'll have to see about making the one next month...............I finally found my DVD of the Abbotsford clinic that I set up, so I can bring that along for viewing.:D

I'll probably be the only guy there the doesn't own, or have an M14 on order........:p

Thanks for letting us do this again at your place and a BIG thanks to Mrs. 45 for putting up with us once more!!! Great turnout and learned lots again. I got a crap load of video today and I am in the process of uploading it all to my hard drive as we speak. Over the next couple of weeks I hope to have a dvd up and ready for all the M1A addicts out there...

Times 2 on the Mrs .45. Thanks again for a great informal lesson, where we got to hang out and chat with a bunch of great guys. Lots of fun, thanks. PS next lets shoot these suckers and see if our tinkering made a difference! Club shoot. Whooooahhhh

I figured somebody was up still! Well we can always do a weekday up at POCO. I'll pay your day fee! Holy Christ 500 posts! Do I get something?
 
I had an awesome time and met great new people. Thanks again 45. You provided everything so next month I'd like to contribute more. Just tell me what to bring (like food stuff etc) and it'll be done. I also toss my vote in for a group range trip.

A side note is that a cold hit me hard last night after the meeting so if I (unknowingly) passed it to any Wet Coast members I am sorry.

i dont have one yet either,but i did order one[yes only one!]it just hasnt arrived yet,i sure learned a lot & ill be ready when mine finally arrives.Big thanx once again to mr & mrs .45 for the hospitality, c u next time,im in on the shoot bur i hope to get delivery or ill just have to shoot a match grade tweaked SKS, LOL

i will be compiling a list of names of those interested and will try and have a February date soon. Probably February 9th.
I will be reserving half the spots for repeat guys and the other half for whoever wants to come. If you are having trouble p.m.'ing me... allwaysfishin@hotmail.com works as well.
I will start a new thread soon for the Feb meeting, just gotta run the date by "Mrs. 45" ;) .

steelhead are keeping me pretty occupied these days :D Fishing the chilliwack on the weekdays..... leave the weekend for the crowds ;)
 
Steelys are tough times up here do to the Chek train wreck a few years back...
