January 2022 addition to the Armalytics prohibition list - Sterling Arms TSR

As noted, the 180 designs may one day meet an OIC ban hammer, but one must seize the day and spit one's last breath at thine enemy will thoust still can!

i removed the technical part as the fighting spirit is the most important message we must sent ... continue as we can to purchase and shoot them while we can ...

I think it's time we all realize that Canada has become a lawless fascist police state. This place is looking more and more like East Germany by the day.

Not that this is really related to topic or I want this to happen but how are SKS, Type 81, Type 97 and such not classified as prohibited when pretty much anything that looks scary are becoming illegal weapons?

Whether any particular firearm is classified as prohibited or not, is up to the judge, at your trial.

Do you think your judge is going to agree that your firearm is not prohibited because

the FRT:
1) isn't law
2) isn't publicly accessible
3) is not updated or announced to licens holders.

Or are you going to have some evidence that relates to your particular firearm that proves it isn't captured under any provision of law that could be interpreted as meaning your firearm falls within the prohibited class.

You are correct that the FRT isn't law. Its just the RCMPs opinion. Murray Smith himself testified that people are free to form their own opinions and live accordingly. To each their own.

I hope it works out for you.

I've seen a couple anecdotes from ATRS MS owners who have had run in's with the Horse Gestapo or fish cops. None of them ending in charges, always just a lengthy conversation explaining the FRT. Personally I'll stick to ranges where I'm less likely to have run in's with a cop. Just an interaction I'd rather not have in case they start asking questions.

The evidence is simply the FRT for the ATRS MS prior to May 1st, 202, to which the SAI TSR is based on. The FRT for the ATRS MS clearly states it is not an AR-15 variant, and this is likely the basis of legal action launched by Alberta Tactical.
