Reminiscent of the AR-180 design, the JARD J180 utilizes a direct impingement gas system with a guide rod/recoil spring system housed completely within the upper receiver. However, it features milled aircraft grade aluminum upper and lower receivers for greater rigidity. It also comes standard with a JARD ARJ trigger system for a smooth, crisp trigger pull. Takedown is simple (see video above) making cleaning and rifle maintenance very easy.
Any AR mil spec barrel will work in with this builder kit
Any AR mil spec furniture will work with this builder kit
Semi-Automatic, Direct Impingement Gas System
Rotating, Locking Bolt
Recoil System Housed Completely within Upper Receiver
Right Side Charging and Ejection
Compatible with Mil-Spec AR magazines, grips, stocks, and trigger systems
Canada Non-Restrictive FRT #195699

The kits are not compatible with unmodified beavertail pistol grips.

jesus... thats more than a whole Wk180c!
Does it include all the lower and upper parts, BCG, etc??

As far as I know, you just need to add the forend parts (gas tube, gas block, barrel, and forend), pistol grip, stock, and magazine, and you will have a functioning firearm. Sylvestre will have to confirm. You can replace the trigger, but the Jard-built trigger is also supposed to be quite nice.

This set would be a good alternative for those who wanted to rehome high end parts from a donor prohibited rifle; the use of direct impingement into the 180 recoil recovery system means any height handguard can be used in concert with a gas tube, and people who were unwilling to "cope" with a straight pull manual action modular home for their prohibited rifle's premium parts may find a semi-automatic J180 receiver a better home for those parts.

I’d #### with this. I have so Many parts that need homes, it’s worth the money to not have expensive barrels, triggers, bolts, and hand guards just chilling in lockup.

Worse comes to worse it can always go on the EE for 4.5k and probably sell. Lol

For the price, you won't find anything ar15ish. If you can build this out with salvaged parts off a prohib, the price is amazing.

Well, that's kinda beside the point, "Hey, spend $1300, bcuz well, you already have the donor parts", so pay 3x what it's worth anyway! Take me money! Mehh~ Minds well just go buy a T81 or FX9 off the EE lol

No I hear you, I'm just saying, the market determines the value.

I don't think it's #####ing and moaning to express shock and concern at the price... With the Libs in a predatory position again I would have assumed getting these out at an economical price to ensure market saturation would have been a give in. Now there will be many that can't afford this option unless their prohibs are gobbled up by a buy back thus eliminating the source parts. Catch 22

I see. The description here, and the photo's here suggest it is only the lower, upper, and trigger. I was kind of wondering how you would even finish this before they offer for sale the bolt and recoil system etc. This does make more sense now.

Lol for those exact reason did you think it’s would be easy and cheap to bring something to market, soon it won’t be worth doing and you will have no options.
