Jard J180 coming in 9 mm, using Glock Mags.

Just talked to Sylvestre Sporting Goods. They spoke with Jard last week. Their goal is to have complete J180 rifles that use rifles that use Glock magazines in 9 mm to Sylvestre in a month and a half, subject of course to supply chain, Canada Customs, shippers, and whatever other obstacles are thrown in the way.

I don't know what Jard's manufacturing plans are, but their .223 build kits have held up so far.

Jard is a strange company, with a history of duds..... they get it right sometimes and other times they don't and will simply move on to the next project.

Their triggers are nice.

Although the .223 kits have worked well so far in the limited sample we see, getting 9 mm right is another kettle of fish. It took TNA a while to get their 9 mm WK and MCR kits working properly, for example. Hopefully Jard's 9 mm J180 will work well, but only time will tell.

Just confirmed with Sylvestre they are waiting on barrels to build retail 5.56 complete J180 rifles locally from kits, at a price of $2500.
