Started shooting a New JC Customs barrel to day ( .284 1-8.5 twist 4 groove ) used my old ammo and it shot a .410 5 shot out of the bag - me thinks it gonna be a GOODER

I have 3 of JC's barrels, a 22-250 10 twist, 6br 10 twist and a 22br 1.75 twist. All shoot lights out.

When I decide on another it will be a JC Cutom.

I purchased 6BR and .30BR barrels to put on Savage model 12 to make entry level Benchrest guns. Those guns won many matches with targets perfect 250..those barrel are very very good.

Wondering why Canadian keep seeking US made barrels when we have here - barrels that match or surpass US offering….

Thanks Janeau, gtoad and Jim:

We have sold and continue to sell Bartlein and Krieger, which are the 2 most winning barrel makes in the world, but offer that JC Barrels are the equivalent or superior.

Some units using barrels where lives depend on it, have switched to JC's barrels over the last few years.

I have a 6 Creedmoor barrel from JC. shoots great! I recommend them.

I have two JC barrels, both Light Palma contour. One was .30, the other .224, 1:8. The .30 was set up as a .308; only 68 rounds through it, but after zeroing, the last 50 rounds were 10 5 shot sub minute groups with 154/155gr ammunition at hand.. The .224 is chambered for .22-.250. Shot it to confirm headspace, etc., and a couple of groups which were sub minute with 69gr loads, but haven't really worked with it yet. I want to use it with 75/80gr VLDs.
