Jericho 941 owners, some questions

I'm very very tempted to purchase one of these as my first pistol, but I'm slightly worried about the lack of aftermarket support for them. As such, is everyone finding them reliable? Any cons you've found after purchasing? I've only had the chance to put a couple rounds down one, so my experience is very limited.

For those who own 1911's too, which do you find more enjoyable to shoot, why, and which would you purchase first?
 
I have the Jericho 941 in 40 S&W and have had no issues, after firing the first couple of hundred rds.
During this time there were a few ejected cases that were dented but the problem cured itself.
I love the feel and heft to it, has an excellent trigger pull, is very accurate and shoots to the point of aim.
Though the Jericho fits my hand better, I wouldn't want to be without my 1911's.

Yes I have one in 45 and it has been solid so far,I got it as a package with ammo from sfrc a while back,I used to have one in 40 and missed it so much I had to get another one,And lots of after market at Zahal for them.I was Leary of ordering from them at first but they were awesome and everything arrived 7 days after I ordered.
 
I'm pretty much sold on it. I do want a 1911 in the future, but I love how little recoil there was, the weight of it, and it felt good. And they look awesome out of the box.
 
just got back from the range and man is that trigger nice and smooth. The recoil is very little and sights are easy to get back on. Now the gun shoots nice but being the first time i have realy used a handgun i don't shoot so nice not yet anyway. Deff can't wait to get back out to the range and work on that haha.
 
jerichos have excellent triggers better then lots of rifles
nice and thin if the laws ever support keeping one under your coat
the safetys are kinda hard to move when the guns are new
they are very simular to some CZ products ...
resale sucks

I have a used one with over 3000 rounds fired. The only problem is that a couple of pins like to walk out during a shoot. Seems like I have to tap the trigger pin back in after each range trip. Sort of annoying.

If one were to complain, the double action trigger is a b!tch, the safety is sometimes hard to get off in a hurry, and the grip screws like to come loose.

Find a roll pin to replace the trigger pin and it will not walk. The spring tension will keep it in place. I did that with a Grand Power K100 and it works fine.
 
It is a roll pin (if I remember right). As for Grand Powers, I had the same problem, so I e-mailed the company. They sent me new pins with a head on one side. Perfect fix.
 
Not to hijack, but can anyone tell me if the Jericho .45ACP & 9mm have the same grip size ?

Or are they different, like the CZ 97b & 75 ? The .45 CZ has a much wider (front-back) grip than the CZ 75... :confused:
 
First I've heard of pins backing out. Resale, when I see them, is usually 80% of new (less taxes of course), which is why I'm looking at new. But maybe I'm wrong...?
