Just received new Jericho mag from a site sponsor to be used in my Shadow 1. Before ordering I inquired if the Jericho mags function in the Shadow 1. Site sponsor said they function great. I assumed that meant function in all regards, including dropping free. Unfortunately the mag does not drop free at all. I have to pull it out of the mag well. Any of you ladies or gentlemen running Jericho mags in your Shadow and have a fix for this issue?
I have emailed the site sponsor and I am waiting for a reply.

I just bought a Jericho .40; I did a lot of research, and consensus is that CZ mags work great in the Jericho, but Jericho mags don't work quite so well in the CZ. Take the grips off and use some tracing agent like "red lead" or "Prussian Blue" on the mag, you may have to touch the mag release notch with a file, or polish the mag a bit where the drag marks show up. Or buy CZ mags.

don't hit the mag catch with a file, remove the mag catch spring and put a bend on the right leg about 4mm up from the bottom, toward the left leg. about a 30-40 degree bend.

Not the mag catch. The Mag. Never alter anything that is part of the gun.
