Jerky question

The High Mountain jerky mixes are very good. I haven't made goose jerky yet though.

I have made goose jerky with the Hi Mountain cures also. I used Original Blend, Pepper, and Teryaki Blend. Most people who tried it were real surprized at the flavour and they really liked it. Sorry to say though, the Teryaki cure just wasn`t all that great.
